ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 1/3

10.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(A), 4(1-A)(ii), 14(A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 2024 and Sections 318(4), 336(3) and 336(4) of BNS Act, 2023, in crime No.606 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found to be in illegal possession of 300 bottles of liquor each contains 750 ml. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the fact that huge quantity of liquor was recovered and the investigation is in the nascent stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
