The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to withdraw the original Petition in H.M.O.P. No. 114 of 2023 from the file of Subordinate Court, Sattur and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Sivagangai."

2.Heard Mr.Abdul Rasheed, learned Counsel for Ms.P.Yasmin Begum, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Cibi Chakraborthy, learned Counsel for the respondent.

3.Today, when the matter is being taken up, Mr.Abdul Rasheed, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute is purely matrimonial in nature and both the parties have resolved their dispute amicably and now, the petitioner and the respondent are living together. Thus, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on the instructions of his client, do not want to press this petition and seeks permission of this 2/4

Court to withdraw this petition, as no cause of action exists any further. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.Mr.T.Cibi Chakraborthy, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, granted stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
