2. The order was passed in the month of March 2024 and the petitioner has approached this Court seeking for extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in the month of November 2024.

3. This Court is not convinced with the reasons given for such an inordinate delay.

4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to extend the time to the petitioner and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.

5. It is left open to the petitioner to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Petition and seek for the relief.
