Prayer in CRL RC(MD) No.407 of 2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Call for the records of the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Theni at Periyakulam in Crl.A.No.21 of 2015 by Judgment dated 18.10.2016, confirming the conviction and sentence of imprisonment for 6 months Rigorous imprisonment and to pay a compensation of a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in default to undergo 1 week simple imprisonment for the offence under Sec.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam in STC No.1050 of 2009 by the Judgment dated 28.09.2011.
