ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to take effective steps based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2023 and 24.09.2023 within a time frame. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed, that the petitioner has given complaint thrice so far and after enquiry, the same were ordered to be closed and that as of now, there is no enquiry is pending.
