The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus forbearing the respondents 6 to 8 from erecting any high tension line over the petitioner's land.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that already high tension electrical line has been erected by the respondents 6 to 8 herein.
