Prayer:H1-G To issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate Writ or Direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing to the 2nd respondent herein to hand over the custody of detenu, male infant namely Vishnu Vardhan S/o.Venkatesh (age 10 months) before this Court.
ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) Earlier, this Court vide order, dated 11.11.2024, directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.356 of 2024 within a period of three months and thereafter, this Court vide order, dated 24.06.2025, extended the time for a further period of four months. Now, the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, vide letter dated 26.12.2025, seeks for further extension of six months time to dispose of the above case.
2. As per the request of the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, six months time extension is granted.
