The petitioner has filed this writ petition for forbearing the respondents from installing high voltage electricity service connection in the petitioner's land in RS.No.54/3 and 54/3D situated at Masara Naduvakurichi by considering his representation dated 24.09.2018.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents relying on the counter affidavit submits that the petitioner has filed this writ petition only on apprehension and such an apprehension is unwarranted since no permission is 2/4

granted for erection of high voltage electricity tower.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
