This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based upon the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thenkasi in Crl.M.P.No.3357 of 2018 dated 12.06.2018 and investigate the matter and file the final report. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that on the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thenkasi in Crl.M.P.No.3357 of 2018 dated 12.06.2018, the respondent police conducted enquiry with the counterpart and found that the allegations are civil in nature and subsequently, they closed the complaint and reported the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thenkasi and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.17450 of 2018 3.Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the Judicial Magistrate concerned, in the manner known to law.
