The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the fourth respondent/Sub Inspector of Police, Palamedu Police Station in any way not to interfere in civil dispute and harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, CSR.No.305 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.
