Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as per the order of this Court dated 05.01.2023, passed in C.R.P.(MD)No.14 of 2023, the suit in O.S.No.132 of 2015 was re-opened and therefore, the review application becomes infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
