ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. The writ petition is filed by the petitioner Committee challenging the order of the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Sivagangai in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.4038/2018/m, dated 07.07.2018.

3. In the impugned order it is subsequently mentioned that Kumbabishekam Committee to the temple had not obtained permission from the Archaeological Survey of India. The said order was challenged by the petitioner.

4. Today, upon instructions the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to go before the Archaeological Survey of India and get its consent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. Recording the said undertaking given by the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
