ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his wife viz., Eswarias per the complaint, dated 12.07.2024 and 05.08.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the compliant given by the petitioner, CSR.No.812 of 2023 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that subsequently, the petitioner has given another complaint and enquiry is pending in current paper.

3. According to the petitioner, the third respondent is the son, the fourth respondent is the daughter-in-law of the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 are the parents of the fourth respondent and that they 2/4

are compelling the petitioner to execute the sale deed in favour of the third respondent.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conduct enquiry and take a decision with in a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
