This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to pass orders for transfer of patta for the property measuring an extent of 1728 sq.ft. comprised in S.F.No.523/106 (Natham Old S.F.No.243) at Koppaiyanaickanpatty, Pappakudi Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. Although the second respondent has filed counter affidavit, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first to third respondents would submit that they have obtained legal opinion from the Government Pleader, Sattur to the effect that the petitioner's representation for issuance of patta pursuant to the Judgment and Decree dated 29.06.2011 passed by the District Munsif Court, Sattur will be considered and disposed of on merits.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as no counter has been filed by the fourth respondent and no records have been produced by the fourth respondent to indicate that the matter is now subjudice before higher forum.
