O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take criminal action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.09.2024 as per law in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of U.P., and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there existed some quarrel in the Ward Councilors meeting and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner CSR.No.654 of 2024 came to be registered and investigation is pending.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondent in the petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
