2. In the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, it had been stated that the community name has been fixed in the temple gate and this has been directed to be removed. It had been stated that the sixth respondent though participated in the peace committee meeting, has not removed his community name from the temple gate and other places surrounding of the temple.

3. Though notice had been served to the sixth respondent and his name has been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him.

4. It is clear that the sixth respondent has taken a conscious decision not to put into effect the decision taken by the third respondent and report before this Court. Hence, a direction is given to the third respondent to remove the name board of any community in the temple and other places surrounding of the temple.
