ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite filing an appeal in Ni.Mu.No.1432 of 2022 as early as in the year 2022 challenging the dismissal of his application for cancelling the patta issued in favour of Anandhan and Narayanasamy and the same has not been considered to date, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief claimed and taking note of the fact that the appeal has been filed as early as in the year 2022, a mandamus is issued to the respondents to dispose of Ni.Mu.No.1432 of 2022 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
