ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta in the name of Arulmigu Muneeshwarar and Vinayagar Temple in respect of the property situated in Survey No.40/3 with an extent of 0.14.5 Ares (36 cents) and Survey No.1/5 with an extent of 3.38.0 Hectares (8 Acre 12 Cents) by considering his representation dated 12.10.2022.
2. According to the petitioner, the above said temples are situated in the subject property and the deities therein are worshipped by the petitioner and his family members. The petitioner and his family members have been maintaining the above said temples for many years. Therefore, he submitted a representation on 12.10.2022, seeking issuance of patta in the name of the above said temples. The same has not been considered by the respondents and therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court. 2/4
3. Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.10.2022 will be considered on its own merits within time stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
