ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C. and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Regulation Development Act, 1957, in Crime No.91 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution on 23.03.2023 at about 09.30 p.m., the petitioner was involved in transportation of three units of river sand illegally, without any valid permit. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is having three previous cases similar in nature. 5.Considering the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/3
