When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner participated in the counseling for the academic year 2019-2020. Therefore, nothing survives this Writ Petition.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
