RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent police to comply with the direction of this honourable Court in Crl.o.P.(MD).No.4363/2017 vide order dt 05.06.2017 and to file a final report within the stipulatd period as prescribed by this honourable Cout in Cr.No.8/2016 on the file of the respondent.

Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 4363/ 2017 :

To direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.08 of 2016 pending on file of the respondent and further direct him to file a final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PITCHAI MUTHU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to comply with the direction of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.4363 of 2017 dated 05.06.2017 and to file the final report within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that measuring is also completed and for verifying the genuineness of the document as mentioned by this Court https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.14019 of 2022 in the order dated 05.06.2017, three months time is required for completing the process of investigation and filing the final report before the concerned Court.

3.Accepting the submission that has been made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) three months time is granted to the respondent police to complete the investigation and filing the final report.
