, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12229 of 2023 on 28.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. Further, investigation has been completed and Final Report is made ready, but it has not been presented so far. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12229 of 2023 on 28.07.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week (I.e) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
