ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 23.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint was enquired into and closed as civil in nature.

3. In such circumstances, this Court cannot issue a Writ as prayed for. The respondents 1 and 2 shall serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy against the closure of the complaint, if she is aggrieved.
