This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.14 of 2018 on the file of first respondent dated 15.03.2018.

CRL OP(MD). No.17926 of 2019 3.When the matter is taken up for hearig today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1 of 2021. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal original petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he shall work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitionis closed.
