ORDER

In view of the fact that the petitioner has an effective and alternative remedy by way of an appeal as contemplated under Rule 121 of the Explosives Rules, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.

2. Recording the submission and granting such permission and liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The period during which the petitioner has been prosecuting this writ petition shall be taken into consideration for the purpose of limitation.
