ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 294(b), 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.17 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.1314 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy and that the learned Judge has already issued summons for the appearance of the accused, including the petitioner herein. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.19875 of 2022 3.Since the concerned Court has already issued summons for appearance of the petitioner, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise at all. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court.
