[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing directing the respondents 1 & 2 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 3 & 4 in Survey No.1119/1, 1119/14 (Common Pathways), Middle Street of Manoor Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2018.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that pending writ petition, the encroachments as alleged by the petitioner in his representation dated 21.06.2018, have been removed.
