ORDER

The petitioner has sought for police protection to construct a compound wall of the library apprehending threat from certain miscreants. He has produced a copy of the letter dated 26.05.2025, which was addressed to the petitioner by the District Librarian, Kanniyakumari District, permitting him to construct a compound wall from the funds collected from the general public and the users of the library.

2. In these circumstances, the second respondent may consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2025 and provide adequate police protection as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
