PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue completion certificate for the Certificate of Rotary Resident Internship (CRRI) to the petitioner within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner claims that she has completed the Internship in the year 1992 and also completed Compulsory Rotary Resident Internship (CRRI) in the year 1994, however, certificate for her completion of CRRI has not been provided to him and therefore, she submitted a representation on 09.08.2023 and filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner has not approached the authorities in person and the address is also not clear. Therefore, certificate could not be communicated to this petitioner.

3. Considering the rival submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the second respondent the Dean, Madurai Medical College, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event 2/4

of approaching in person, the second respondent shall furnish the CRRI certificate to the petitioner. No costs.
