ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that survey has already been conducted in respect of the property in question. A copy of the proceedings of the 4th respondent, dated 05.02.2021, which conveys the fact of surveying the property in question, has been produced before this Court.
