2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been 1/3

complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly, investigation has been completed, final report is made ready. But it has not been presented before the concerned Court so far. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15108 of 2023 on 23.08.2023 is relaxed and since the final report is made ready, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned committal Court on receipt of summons. sd/- 26/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / /10/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
