Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by MR.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Habeas corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of detenue namely Sasi @ Sasikumar aged about 25 years S/o.Pandian, before this Hon'ble court who is now detained in the Central Prison, Madurai in pursuant to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V.No.30/2019 dated 15.10.2019 and to call for the records and quash the same and release the detenu at liberty forthwith. Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 11/12/2019 (Wednesday, the Eleventh day of December Two Thousand and Nineteen) the respondents R1 to R4 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
