PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, to direct the respondents Nos.2 to 4 to not to harass or ill treat the petitioner based upon the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent under the guise of conducting enquiries and interfering in the Civil Disputes.

ORDER
