JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The appellants have filed this writ appeal challenging the order, dated 12.07.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.6958 of 2017.

2. When the writ appeal is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants, has fairly conceded

before this Court that the issue involved in this writ appeal is no longer res integra in the light of the decision already rendered by this Cout in W.A.No.213 of 2022 etc., batch dated 22.12.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has also not refuted the said submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General. He has also stated that following the aforesaid judgment, this writ appeal may be dismissed.
