That is to say, 1 month imprisonment for each month of default of non-payment of arrears of a maintenance for 12 month (from 01.08.2021 to 31.08.2022) or until payment of arrears of maintenance for 12 months and set aside the order dated 14.09.2022. This petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District, in Crl.MP.No. 1195 of 2021 in M.C.No.4 of 2013 dated 14.09.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
