Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is an aspirant for the post of Village Assistant. The recruitment notification has also been issued. Unfortunately, the petitioner has become age barred. He is now 42 years old. The maximum age limit is 35 years. The petitioner seeks age relaxation. It is not for this Court to direct the respondents to grant age relaxation for the petitioner alone. Only if the legal right is shown to exist, Writ of Mandamus can be issued. The petitioner is not having any legal right as such. This writ petition is dismissed.
