ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.03.2024 and take action in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there existed property dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents; that on the basis of the complaint earlier given by the petitioner, CSR.No.701 of 2023 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed; that subsequently another complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.415 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was also ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
