ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.450 of 2022 dated 02.08.2022 on the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent or any other police official to expeditiously complete the investigation in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.474 of 2023. Hence, no further order is necessary in this petition. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
