2.There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in spite of repeated summons to the petitioner, he did not turned up. Therefore, the enquiry was closed on 11.07.2024. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
