After some arguments, Mr.G.Radhakrishnan, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for seeking rectification of revenue records in accordance with 'G.O.Ms.No.385, dated 17.08.2004'.
