ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 50 of 2018 dated 25.01.2018 alleged offences under Sections 147, 447, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the first respondent has completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C. No. 95 of 2018.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
