ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the transfer counseling for teachers, which is scheduled to be held on 13.11.2019 at the office of the third respondent.
2.The petitioner was appointed as P.G. Assistant in the year 2006 and after various transfers, she was lastly posted in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Paramakudi, on 23.08.2016. She has completed three years in the present School as on 23.08.2019. As per G.O.(1D) No.218, School Education Department, dated 20.06.2019, a person, who has completed three years in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.23852 of 2019 present School as on 01.06.2019, is entitled to participate in the counseling.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has already completed three years in the present School as on 23.08.2019 and the petitioner is seeking transfer on the ground that her husband is working in Ramanathapuram, the respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to participate in the counseling, which is scheduled to be held on 13.11.2019 at the Office of the third respondent. 4.Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate is directed to inform the authorities to permit the petitioner to participate in the counseling today itself.
5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
