To Suspend the execution of the sentence passed in C.A No.22/2021, dated 30.03.2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram confirming the judgement in SC No.128/2015, dated 07.10.2021, on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram and enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition.

To Call for Record and set aside the Judgement in C.A No.22 of 2021 dated 30.03.2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram Confirming 1/3

the judgement in SC No.128/2015 dated 07.10.2021 on the file of the Chief JM, Ramanathapuram and acquit the petitioners from all the charges. Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SURESH KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.7450 of 2023 in Crl.RC(MD)No.521 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the State is present. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.This petition is modified accordingly.
