ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order that has been passed by the trial Court by referring the matter under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., for enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the above said reference, enquiry was undertaken by the respondent and during the course of enquiry, the complainant namely Chandrasaekaran has given a statement that a compromise was reached between the parties and the entire dispute has been settled between them. So no further action is required.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
