[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] A reading of the order passed in the writ petition against which this appeal is sought to be filed shows that no prejudice would be caused to the petitioners who seek leave to file appeal. All that the Writ Court has done is directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner in the writ petition. Hence, we don't see any necessity to grant leave .

2. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed. The Writ Appeal in W.A. (MD)No.SR73184 of 2024 stands rejected in the SR stage itself. There shall be no order as to costs.
