ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.112 of 2018, dated 02.10.2018 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police had already filed a final report as further action dropped and also filed a copy of the final report. Since the FIR was closed as further action dropped, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
