ORDER

The petitioner seeking patta for the land in New S.No.250/39 has submitted a representation and filed this writ petition.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions submits that based on the complaint of one Rajkumar, a case in Crime No.16 of 2019 has been registered on the file of the Kadayam Police Station, Tirunelveli District for the offence under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 420 IPC. According to the learned Special Government Pleader records have been created in respect the particular land.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
