ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry by compelling the petitioner to bend for the demands of the said Amutha, by conducting katta panchayat.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent before the DCB, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed in the year 2022 itself.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent twice, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same were ordered to be closed. He would further submit that since similar complaints of the third respondent were closed earlier, they have decided to close the present complaint. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
