ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner by intervening into subject matter of civil dispute in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there existed property dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.268 of 2024 on 24.08.2024 for the offences under Sections 296(b), 303(2), 329(3) and 351(3) BNS against the petitioner and two others, that the petitioner was arrested and released on bail and that when the police went to the house of the petitioner in search of the other accused, the present petition came to be filed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
