ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the 2nd respondent, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioners representation dated 27.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the 5th respondent, they have called the petitioners for enquiry and thereafter, a case has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.274 of 2024. The respondents have not harassed the petitioners as alleged in the petition and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioners and already the 5th respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioners and based on the complaint, the 2nd respondent has registered a case in Crime 2/4
